Accessibility

For hearing aid wearers we have an induction loop at reception.  For patients displaying a disabled badge in their cars, we have several disabled parking spaces close to the Health Centre building.  There is easy, level access to the building and there is a lift to our floor.  We can arrange an interpretation and translation service but please let us know if you need this service when booking your appointment.

Should you have any requirements or know of a patient who needs support, please let the Practice know and we will help provide support whether that is by providing information in large print or putting a patient in touch with British Sign Language (BSL), an interpreter, email or braille.

There are a large number of leaflets available in easy read formats on the following website www.easyhealth.org.uk
